Drag and Drop Builders Muffin Builder

I use a builder like visual composer on my website created by bethemes called muffin builder and when I installed the plugin it only translated the title but not the body of the article. I imagine since all text is inside visual shortcodes the reader can’t distinguish the text. Is this true? If it is are there any plans to support content within drag and drop builders?
