Drag and drop Bug in appearance menu and Pictures galleries image orders

  • Hello ,

    I am using the last version of wordpress 3.5.1 and i use the template rhea.i have a problem that the drag and drop doesn’t work in the (appearance Menu ) Cant move a manu under another one .
    I have also the drag and drop problem for changing images orders.

    I have desactivated all plugins and the drag and drop is still not working.

    i did not contact the guy as i have lost all my information logins.
    I have tested the following
    -disable all the plugins – it did not solve the problem
    -the only thing that could create the bugs is the different code i have added into the main file header.php

    I have added facebook like code/ twitter code / pinterest code and google plus code
    I read it could be because they use javascript.
    Would you know anything about that?
    what should i change to make it work again ?
    it seems the problem of the drag and drop appear since update to 3.5 and still stay on the 3.5.1 update too

    Other than suggesting general 3.5 troubleshooting guides, we can’t and don’t help with commercial themes.

    ok my mistake its not the template who is responsible
    i have withdraw template and plugin? and bug is still there?
    does anybody know which php file is responsible for the drag and drop?
    Im thinking about the rights on the php file that could cause the problems
