Drag and Drop

I’ve been working with WordPress for a while, and was looking for something specific – that I was having trouble searching on.

I’m trying to see if there is a feature that my clients can use that’s a drag and drop feature for assembling a layout. So, instead of the drag-n-drop that I can do on the back-end, I want this to be a front-end, user controlled, system. It would allow my clients to assemble certain things into a pre-defined template. The best example I can think of, sadly, an interactive Mr. Potato Head where you could drag-n-drop the eyes, nose, etc.

I know I can have someone custom build this, but was wondering if there’s a template/plugin that would make this much easier.
