Draft products showing in catalogue ads

Thanks for your update! First, could you update the plugin to the latest version 2.1.4? We have a fix in that version for product variants.

Additionally, would you be open to deleting all products in your Facebook catalog and letting it sync again. This requires code customization which we can’t help with directly since it’s not covered under our support policy, however, I’m happy to point you in the right direction!

I don’t really think deleting all products would work because it’s an on going issue and not an old version issue. The reason I can tell you that it’s an ongoing issue is that I can see all new draft products (the ones which were uploaded after updating the plugin) still appearing in the catalogue.

Facebook Catalogue Screenshot: Here you can see that the draft product is visible.
Woocommerce Dashboard: Here you can see that the same product is in draft. Further more, all the other products in draft are visible in catalogue even though the dashboard says “do not sync”.
