I am using the aggregrate theme. What does the theme have to do with the wordpress draft? Sorry, I am clearly not an expert ?? Thanks for any help

Oops. My mistake. Will the twenty twelve theme look the same as the aggregate theme? How do I fix it ? Would an SEO plugin be causing the problem ?
