    Hello,
    I need to sign the DPA for GDPR compliance but depending on the website I’m a Controller or a Processor.
    Into the DPA is written that you’re the Processor (and this is ok) but the other part can act only as a Controller.

    How can I specify this information into DPA?

    For example, WordFence DPA explicitally mention that “Customer is a controller or processor, as applicable, of that Customer Personal Data under the European Data Protection Legislation” (5.1.1.c)

    For your customers, you can be both a Сontroller and a Processor.
