Dozens of submissions coming through simultaneously

    Most form submissions seems to be working fine, but some are being sent to the client up to 60 times! Checking in Flamingo shows that they are all sent at the exact same moment. Thankfully the client’s email threads messages together so it’s showing up as one with a new message notification of (60) next to it. Another one was something like (48) times.

    I don’t believe this is an issue of the site visitor filling out the form and clicking send multiple times…that seems a little extreme!

    Not sure how to address this. I have CF7 on multiple websites and have only seen this issue appear on this one website.

    Hello! I believe it is happening in both the main contact form and the estimate request form, which is on another page. Here’s a screenshot from Flamingo showing that multiple submissions are showing up from both forms:

    Same problem here. Up to 6 messages from the same contact.

    The main contact form is the one called Basic Contact Form, but it seems there was a problem on the Estimate Request Form as well. I have since turned off Autoptimize, as it was not even really needed, and will test to see if that fixes the problem.
