Downloads Tab Shows Randomly

    Hi: I am using your great plugin and have a question… the tab of DOWNLOAD only shows on some products, and on some not (also shows in products with no attachments).
    How to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I have reviewed our latest plugin version 1.5.4 and in this version attachments are displaying for all the products in which set.

    Once I have created new product and added price and image and save it without attachment and seen that there is no download attachment tab.

    Once added the attachment then its display the attachment tab.

    Yes, once expired the attachment then also it will display the download attachment tab with expired attachment title.

    Can you please verify at your side that you are using our latest version and there is no any another plugin conflict with our plugin.

    Or you can send us list of plugin activated and current theme name so, we can review it our side and get back to you.

    Let us know still if any.

    Hi Guys,
    Sorry to hijack the thread, I’m having a similar problem. Using latest version of the plugin, with Woocommerce 4.1.1. It was working fine, but suddenly the attachment tab has disappeared. I have tried deactivating the plugin and adding it again, but still no show.
    I am also using divi
    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have reviewed your screenshot with the plugins but, unable to troubleshoot which exact plugin causing an issue.

    Can you please try with a fresh WordPress and only the current theme and let us know if your query gets resolved or not and if yes then after you can activate one by one plugin active and check after which plugin this issue will come.

    So, you can provide us with that plugin and we will check the plugin compatibility and get back to you.
