Downloads stops at 6%

Hello,

I used DM for years and now my users can’t download the resources.

For example, if you go to this project: https://www.tokylabs.com/tokycloud/
you will find a .xml file to be downloaded. It points to this address : https://www.tokylabs.com/download/46213/
that in the server is allocated here:
https://tokylabs.com/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2018/12/Tokycloud_plus_cortana_V1.xml

Could you please advise how to proceed? It is very important for me.

NOTES:
– I am using divi theme. updated
– plugin is updated.
– I am not using other download managers.
– No page with slug “download”
– I have “no access” web set up.
