    I have a website with virtual and downloadable resources with an expiry date of 30 days.
    However, clients get very confused about the infinity symbol and downloads that show it never expires. How can I change this?
    Also, my customers have numerous problems with login – especially if they use their cellphone. How can I fix this problem?

    I could not replicate what you’re describing on my test site. Can you please share screenshots for further checks? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Problem 1: I’ve decided to set an expiry date on all my virtual/downloadable resources, but orders completed before I’ve added the expiry date can still access the content. Thus, I need to regenerate all completed 169,592 orders. I’ve tried using the plug-in “Bulk Regenerate Download Permission” but it did not work because of a conflict and because this domain is hosted within a Shared Hosting environment.

    Problem 2: Customers struggle to log in to their accounts and when asked for a password keeps getting redirected to the same page especially when using a cellphone.

    Hi @kobiekleyn,

    That’s a lot of orders! Congratulations on having so many sales! That can create its own problems though and it sounds like you’re running into one with the downloadable permissions.

    You’re probably going to need something that can update the permissions in batches so it doesn’t overload the server. I’d suggest taking a look at AutomateWoo. You could create a workflow that updates all of the orders on the site to regenerate their download permissions. You could also target a subset of the orders based on date or other parameters that you know won’t need to be changed.

    For the login issue, that sounds like it could be related to caching. I would suggest making sure that the account page is excluded from the caching on the site. This guide can give you a bit more information about what pages to exclude.
