Downloads published but all products empty

    Hey All. Just installed the plugin however whenever I create a product then publish I am redirected to the posts page then when checking the all downloads section it is empty. When I head to categories the newly created category has one download associated but clicking on it takes me back to the all downloads page that is again empty.

    Running the latest version of WP on NGIX happy to provide more site info if required.

    Hello @morrisoc and sorry for this late reply.

    Could you be kind and tell me if I understand correctly this situation? So, you are creating products ( not downloads ), and upon publishing the new product you are redirected to the posts list page? And, after that, you are going to the downloads lists ( not products ) and the downloads are empty ( prior to this have you created any downloads? ). Is this the situation you find yourself in?
