I don’t 100% get what you are asking for, but this may help!

    Go to https://contextproductions.com/non-fiction-9-11-educational-resources/discovering-heroes-series-k-5-curriculum-units/

scroll down to the bottom, check off every checkbox, put in your name and city.

Check your mail, try downloading in MacOS/Windows Chrome, observe it does not download the file

Check your mail, try downloading in other browsers e.g., iPhone Safari, MacOS/Windows Firefox, MacOS Safari observe it downloads as expected

    Hi @matstars,

That is helpful, but if you could also provide the shortcode used for the plugins that would be helpful. To see what shortcode is used for our plugin, you can visit the FAQ and scroll within the screenshots to show what it looks like. Can you also provide the ‘Default Delivery Format’ option you have selected for your site? Is it send email, inline link, or both.

    Based on screenshots:

    1. There is no ID heading in /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=dlm_download. The post IDs are 1448, 1447, 1444, 1441, 1438, 1434

    2. CF7 ID is 1431

    3. Shortcode used is [email-download download_id=”1444,1434,1447,1438,1448,1441″ contact_form_id=”1431″]

Default Delivery Format is Send Email

    Hi @matstars,

Thank you, that helps that is almost everything we need. If you could just add a temporary new page to your site and provide us with the URL that would be helpful. On the new page can you add this shortcode:
    [download id='339']

    Hi @matstars,

Can you also include the other download monitor shortcodes on this page that you are using in EBD? For example:
    [download id='1444']
    [download id='1434']
    [download id='1447']
    [download id='1438']
    [download id='1434']

    Hi @matstars,

Thank you, that providing us with some helpful information for troubleshooting. One more test with the shortcode, if you could now try the following:
    [download_data id="1444" data="download_link"]
    [download_data id="1434" data="download_link"]
    [download_data id="1447" data="download_link"]
    [download_data id="1438" data="download_link"]

    Hi @matstars,
Thank you for that. Upon further investigation, it appears that this error is occurring because your WP site is generating the download link in HTTP instead of HTTPS on chrome. Can you check your WordPress Site settings and ensure that all the links/settings are set to HTTPS and not HTTP.
