Downloads not working

    Hi,

    Having set up a few downloads in Download Monitor, I’ve then tried to link to these (using the shortcode) in pages. The button appears, but when clicked it takes me to a ‘page not found’ page. Even copy-pasting the URL directly from the download page results in the same error.

    Any ideas?

  • Hello Marc,

    Can you please go to the “Download > Settings” menu in your WordPress admin, then click on “Access” tab and let me know if you have selected any page for the “No Access Page” setting? If not please create a page and add the shortcode display near this setting. Once done, please go to this setting and select the newly created page.
