Hey – quick question – I had to reload Download Manager and now the downloads are not showing in the WordPress Admin. The downloads are in wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files/ does this folder need to be moved up or does everything need to come out of the folder for DM to populate the admin?

Sorry, What do you mean by reload? Which version were you using before?

I was using a version that required an update to PHP because we were on 5.6 I think. Well I tried loading it not realizing the PHP discrepancy and the server basically exploded. I was with A Small Orange. 10 days later they still could not fix the server. So I left and went to Green Geeks. We are on PHP 7 and your stuff loaded fine. The only problem is that the downloads don’t show in admin. They are there but not being read in. We have a lot of downloads so I am hoping I don’t have to load them all again!!! ??

Any thoughts? The downloads consist of the last 4 years of bulletins and information for Saint Joseph Cathedral. That’s like 300 bulletins and notices.

Actually, it will be hard to tell without checking it in your installation, if you want us to check, please post here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-free/

Does anyone have the old plugin that was free? I cannot get pro to work and have spent one month trying to do so. I had to migrate my site and when I ftp’s the files over I lost 900 downloads that I now have to load manually. I would rather go back to the old version and see if I can get it to work. It seemed the most stable.
