Downloads failing, file name gets double quotes

    Since we last updated wordpress, the download button doesn’t work anymore unless the option to use the browser capabilities is checked. Download fails with a 404 error, the browser tries to access https://mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-miniaudioplayer/map_download.php?filename=%C2%AB filename %C2%BB.mp3&fileurl=https://mywebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/filename.mp3

    When using default browser capabilities, download succeeds but the file name is changed with the addition of _____?  at the beginning and  ?____ at the end of the filename like this : _____? filename ?____.mp3

    It looks like it’s WordPress core that adds those double quotes that are visible in the playlist, but for some reason now they get passed on to map_download.php

    Tested with twenty-nineteen theme, wordpress 5.1.1–fr_FR and mb.miniAudioPlayer v. 1.8.10

    It’s sad because this is still the best mp3 player around IMHO

    Any help ?
