Downloads do not start for registered members

    Unregistered members can download the file but registered members cannot download.

    When the registered member downloads the file, he will be redirected to the No Access page which contains the following texts: “You do not have permission to access this download. Go to homepage.”

    But an unregistered member can download the file right away.

    I already did the following but the problem is still there:

    – “Settings > Permalink” menu, click on “Save Changes”

    Could you please help me?

    To debug this issue, can you please try disabling all other plugins except ours and test again? Let us know if that resolves the issue. If it does, then please activate one plugin at a time and test again.
