    Hello everyone, is there any way to make a file available for download in the download area on my account page, without the customer having bought this file?

    I wanted to upload a file each month with the data of specific customer orders.

    Hi @torch01,

    Of course this would be possible and likely in a few different ways, but would you be able to explain a little more about the file that is uploaded?

    Should the file that’s uploaded be sent out to ALL users who’ve purchased a specific product?

    The file will be a pdf or excel (.xls) file. On my site the customer can send me clothes, so I can sell them, after analyzing the merchandise, I would send a file to him showing the accepted products and the amounts that I would pay for each one. This file is unique for each client, ie I choose the profile (account) that I will send the file, and this file will be available for download on the page of my user account, which in this case I created an area called “Meu Products “
