Downloads are not tracked

    Hi there,

    I checked settings, it is set to “Track download as an event” but in my Google Analytics there is no information about downloads. So, it seems to me plugin doesn’t track any downloads. Could you help me with this? It’s vital for my website to see how many times the document was downloaded.

    Hi Chris,

    I’ve sent an email as you requested 3 days ago but haven’t got any response yet. Could you please take a look on it as soon as possible as it’s vital data for our project and we just missing it for a week or so.
