Downloads are corrupted

    I’m selling digital products but some people are getting some problems. They say me that the downloaded files are corrupted. How can I fix it?

    The files are storaged in dropbox, this is how I got it configured in wordpress: https://imgur.com/dwmlWHI

    Hi @titosg,

    You say that only some people are getting a corrupted file. Have you been able to replicate the behavior on your end?

    Depending on the file type you are sharing, perhaps certain devices are unable to open the file you are sharing.

    No, I tested it and it works for me but some people are getting errors
