Downloads Arbitary File

When visiting the plugin listing in WordPress and Add Plugin section.
The WordPress pop up that brings up details of the plugin. Click on Plugin Homepage ?

This doesn’t lead to a website but to a file download – a copy of the plugin. There is no assurance that this is a safe plugin as it’s not come through WordPress Plugin review. Could be an unsafe download / cause confusion to new users.
