Downloading to iOS devices
-
After customers purchase on an iPhone or iPad, they are unable to download items (MP4 and MP3) directly in the browser. I have to have them download to a computer and then transfer to their iOS device, or use a third-party file manager app that allows them to save the downloads. Is there any way to allow them to download directly from the checkout page? I’ve seen downloads on other sites that bring up a list of places for you to save your download – Google Drive, Dropbox, etc, but I don’t know how to make that happen in my store. If they hold the download button and then tap “share” it brings up that list, but it wants to save a txt file instead of the MP4.
Thank you so much for any help you can provide!
