downloading Montezuma seemingly impossible, please help!

I click download Montezuma and it brings a folder onto my I-mac’s desktop. I opened every page and every page in the folders within the folder, and it opens up pages in code. So, I can not download Montezuma. Please advise so I may use Montezuma. Why won’t it let me in?
