Downloading files

    I have a bunch of files that I want to make available for download.

    I envision each file being tagged, and allowing my contributors to tag/categorize files when they upload). Then, creating a page for each grouping of files and have a list of download links automatically created for me when the page loads.

    Is there a plugin or shortcode that will allow me to do this?
