Downloading Archive results in > File not found

Ironically when I using duplicator on client sites with their own hosts never had any issues but on my own site that I run through my own cloud it will download the installer but for the archive I get the “File not Found”page.

When I click the back button it shows:

Host Build Interrupt
This server cannot complete the build due to host setup constraints.
To get past this hosts limitation consider the options below by clicking each section.

What are these limitations exactly because I have full access but this is the only plugin that is giving me some issues so if you kindly point me in the right direction that would be great ??
