Downloading applications as CSV does not work

  • WP Install: 4.8.3
    Job Manager Installed: Version 0.7.25
    Website URL: https://www.glynnelectric.com

    I did not see any cases like this made previously in the support form… Downloading applications as CSV does not work. I clicked the check all box and press “Export as CSV” the site pauses, the browser favicon turns into a whirl and then the page refreshes. Using Google Chrome–it is up to date Version 62.0.3202.75 (Official Build) (64-bit). Also tried MS Edge browser–same thing. Both don’t work even when trying to download one app as a CSV.

  • I just resolved this same issue, and it is not a problem with the plugin itself, but rather server settings. If you try exporting too many applications at once it will overflow your PHP max input limit. Try adding the following line to your .user.ini file:

    max_input_vars = 5000;

    If that does not work with your webhost, you can try any of the alternate methods found here https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/faqs/menu-item-limit.

    >> It doesn’t even work for downloading ONE single application. It is unlikely having to do with too many inputs.
