Downloading all the media stuff

Hi. I was using a worpdress blog there and I’m moving to my own domain here.
I’d like to move all the media stuff I’ve got on my old blog to the new one. As the export tools only export the links towards those medias, and not the medias themselves, is there an easy way to download all those things ?
