Downloading a report does not work with a large amount of data

    My statistics are displayed correctly except for the statistics for categories. Only two out of four categories are shown and one wheel is spinning all the time.

    No matter which statistics I call up. The download of the report works as long as there is not much data listed. Then I can download the report directly. If there is more than one data listed, a popup message appears with the messages like:
    Your Products Report will be emailed to you.
    or
    Your Orders Report will be emailed to you.
    Depending on what you want to download.

    The problem is that never an email arrives! The site is configured correctly and I get all WordPress messages sent. Also all messages from WooCommerce. Except this one. There is no Javascript error message in the console!

    I urgently need a sales statistic per category. I would be very happy for help. Also for alternative external plugins which can show and print the sales per category and date. I need these statistics urgently.

    Hello there,
    Please, install and activate Email Log. This will log every email sent from the website.

    Then try downloading a report in order to trigger the message and the email. After that, wait a bit for the report to be generated and then check the emails log. Does the email appear there?

    Yes the log shows the email with the report link. What does this mean now?

    Hello there,
    this means that the email is sent by the website, but it is either not received or blocked right after it is sent.

    From this point, you would need to contact your host and explain to them the issue and the test done here. They should be able to proceed from there.

    Thanks for your reply. That doesn’t make any sense to me, because all the other messages arrive. so the sales emails or product out of stock etc.

    What is it about this email different that it is blocked?
