Downloaded Plugin, Broke my Blog

I downloaded this plug in today, activated it, it worked ok for about 1 minute.
I went to my blogs homepage & it was blank!
Accessed blog from other devices-blank white page!
I cannot even log into my WP to delete it out of the plug in menu.
I have no clue what to do now to get my blog back.
