Downloaded file is not sgbp anymore

  • Hello, after I download my backup, I receive a .html file and not .sgbp anymore. How can I extract it and restore the data via FTP?

    Can you please let us know how you are attempting to download your backup? When downloading via the Backups section > Actions > Download > Backup you are given an SGBP file. We have not been able to replicate getting an HTML file using this method.
