    I just installed this plug-in and I’m having a hard time finding out where I can get info about subscribers. Finally, their support assisted me with storing data on mypopups, where they provided an option to download all e-mails. However, when I downloaded the file in.csv format, there was no data in the file. It was totally empty. Please assist me in determining how to resolve this problem.

    Hello @lekhrajprasad77 , I just went to check that out, and signed up with a test email – the subscriber info was successfully collected and listed in the csv. Please double check.
