Downloadble link is not showing after checkout(WooCommerce)

Hey there,

After place order, the downloadable link is not showing on the product page or an email.

There haven’t actually been any updates to WooCommerce in the past few days – the last version was released 24 days ago.

I’d start by double checking that your product is set to downloadable when you edit it. If that doesn’t solve it, then it may caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

It’s working fine on both sides (After checkout or e-mail). I have activated a plugin but deactivate but the problem is same. Customers are buying the products 2 days ago but now after checkout product, the downloadable link is not showing.
Is something related to Missing SQL Table? I read about a woocommerce article that saying This happens because a SQL table called wp_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions is missing in your database.

Not quite sure what the issue is, but if you can let us know a few things, that will help us investigate:

* Did you make any changes to your site (theme, plugins, settings, etc) right before the issue started happening?
* What is the status of the order for the downloadable product?
* Is the downloadable product included in the order with other non-downloadable, physical products?
* Are both of these options selected for the downloadable product: https://cld.wthms.co/hPiJ6j ?
* If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products do you have this selected: https://cld.wthms.co/BD83b7 ?

I didn’t make any change and set the same setting as in these pictures. status of the order for the downloadable product is good but no link available after checkout or not in email.

* What is the status of the order for the downloadable product? Good isn’t a status, can you let me know what the actual status ends up on?
* Is the downloadable product included in the order with other non-downloadable, physical products or any other products?

Can you also paste a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here on the ticket. Thanks!

Looking at your System Status, can you try setting up a “My Account” page, then testing again?

I tried all things as you said but nothing work. I thought one plugin conflicted with it but that plugin is deactivated or delete. Before this everything is fine but one file is missing that’s not showing downloadable link. I’m thinking to deactivate and delete Woocommerce plugin and then activate this plugin and will do hard work again to add products.

If you do go ahead and repeat your setup, I would first make a full backup just in case.

You should also try and export all of your products, then do the reinstallation and try and import your products back instead of manually creating them anew. WooCommerce has a built-in product CSV importer and exporter, as of version 3.1x.- this could save you some time: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/ & https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Product-CSV-Importer-&-Exporter#overview
