Downloadable products in Shopp

  • Hi,
    I’m using the Shopp ecommerce plugin and I have some downloadable products (around 10MB). When I try to link the downloads to the product pages, I get an error that says: unknown error connecting to file.
    Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
