Downloadable products do not appear on the mobile

    Hello, when I make a purchase on my pc the downloadable products do appear, but when it is made from a mobile, nothing appears when it ends. What can I do in this case?

    I already deactivated the plugins and everything and it still does not work.

    Sorry to hear about this issue. When you say “when it is made from a mobile, nothing appears when it ends” do you mean the downloadable product link does not appear on mobile? Or do you mean something else? Please give us a little more details.

    A screenshot from your mobile device would help here. Could you please also share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
