Downloadable product question

  • I am testing Jigosop on a test site. When a test user purchases a downloadable product, the link they receive in their confirmation email sends them to a File Not Found error page with a link to the homepage.

    Are site accounts required in order to download a digital product? Is there a way to have purchases without a site account be able to download a digital product?
