    Hi,
Really love your plugin, but there is something quite essential missing: the possibility for the website admin to get a copy of the invoice. This is necessary voor accounting, so we can put the order and invoice in the books. Now the only way for me to get a copy is to temporarily change the customer’s e-mail address to my own and re-send the invoice, then change back the e-mail address to the original one. It works, but it is not suitable as a standard procedure ??

I will gladly rate this plugin 5 stars if this missing bit will be added!

It would be extra nice to have an extra button in the Woocommerce Orders page, to simply download the PDF. Even nicer if the same button would be available in the customer’s account page, so they can re-download the PDF if they need to.

    Cheers
    Niels

  • I agree. The admin should be able to download a copy of the invoice, it’s essential.

I even will rate this plugin with 5 stars if this PDF download will be possible with your plugin.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Thanks for using my plugin. I am aware of the need to download a copy. That specific functionality will take some time to develop. Therefore next monday I will launch a new update with the option to attach the invoice also to the “New Order” email type. This way you’ll have all invoices to your admin email. Also the update will have more minor changes that will definitely suite your needs. Keep in mind that I am doing all of this for free. ??

Next monday I am hoping to launch the update!

Thanks baaaaas! I know you’re doing it for free, which is amazing!

The plugin uploads all generated pdf invoices(60kb) to the webserver. When a company for example have 100 orders a day, that will be around 2GB in a year. So I am looking for a different solution.

I am thinking about using cloud storage like Google Drive, Amazon, Dropbox etc. so you can manage all invoices with your own account. This way you won’t need a (bulk) download option wich wouldn’t be quite efficient due to performance lag. The plugin will automatically send all invoices to your cloud storage of your choice and even sort by month/year with use of folders.

What do you think about it? Any suggestions, hints, tips are more then welcome!=D

Ha even better! Upload right into Dropbox / other cloud services would be excellent.

Then the only thing left that I can think of now, is custom, sequential invoice numbers. Woocommerce doesn’t do that out of the box. There are other plugins that do this, but I’d be great to have it all in one.

I developed sequential invoice numbers and it will be available in the update from next monday. You can even choose a format to display. ??
