“Downloadable image” not uploading in Dokan

    Hi

    The product image displays property but the Vendor is not able to upload the image under the “Downloadable Options”. The image does not display in the media folder.

    I have been trying to fix it. Please help.

    I have just tested the downloadable file upload in a fresh installation and it worked properly.

    Does it happen only when you are trying to upload downloadable files? Can your vendor upload product images properly?

    I will recommend to test this with only Dokan & WooCommerce activated. Also, switch to a default theme during the test.
