I’ve created a downloadable product, and the customer does get the download link in both the email and the thank you page. However, there is no download link on the My Downloads tab of the Account page.

    Hi @billosuch,

This is a bit strange! I could not replicate the issue on my test site.

It appears that there may be a table conflict within your MySQL database. Can you confirm you’ve done conflict testing and the issue persists? Here’s a more extensive explanation in our docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

However, we’d like to check this further, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
