Download unnecessary information

The plugin download all the data present in wp_users and wp_usermeta tables.

So it seems that your other plugin saves there those content so we download it also.

Is there a way to exclude that?

I want to download only the list of users.

In current version you can use the “frontend export” to achieve this.

In next version you will be able to do it also in the export tab.

I use the shortcode to use it from the frontend but I also get the same result.

Use the shortcode and fill the parameters, please read documentation.

You can use columns attribute to set which columns must be exported and in which order. Use a list of fields separated by commas, for example
[export-users columns="user_email,first_name,last_name"]
