Download to Slow

I cant Download big files takes 2 min to start Download. i turnt every plugin OFF to find the error. Same problem.
Got the newes Download manager Plugin.

I need the Manager because i have a lot of downloads to add, over 1000
And many of them are over 1GB

Can you help me here?
