Download themes with FTP – 500 Internal Server Error

  • Issue: Cannot download themes and plugins via FTP

    System: OpenSuse 12.1, FTP client – vsftpd

    When downloading theme or plugin, on the screen Connection Information with FTP settings after hitting the button Proceed getting just a blank white page. FTP works fine.

    Wireshark shows 500 Internal Server Error:
