Download submissions missing Last Name

I have a form where I need to work with the layout so it looks good.
I have two Name fields with “Use multiple name fields” checked, and in one of them I am just collecting ‘First name’ and the second one only ‘Last name’.
When I download the submissions it creates a CSV with column heading “First name – First name” but NO “Last name” column. Even when I look at the submission detail on screen it is somewhat messed up.
It looks something like this:
Date Submitted 30 Oct 2018 @ 03:56 AM
First Name First Name: naguib
First Name
etc.. rest of fields.

Has anyone experienced this? All my forms have same issue.
