Download shortcode does not show anything after upgrade

    I upgraded and imported our downloads today – according to the interface that went well. I disabled the old version of the plugin, but kept the legacy importer active. On testing I discovered that using default shortcodes no output whatsoever is being produced. I tried switching from title to button, to no avail. I have no specific errors in console. What am I doing wrong here?

    I also reverted to a boilerplate theme in order to test and can confirm it does not output in there either.

    And I also disabled all plugins in order to test: that made no difference either.

    Sorry for the late reply. Can you please share with us the exact shortcode you are using to add the download link to your website?
