Download restrictions do not run at all

Hi,
I have defined access restrictions at each category level for downloading the files.
I have limited the access to every category to “Admin” and “Members”.The problem is that everybody gets access to the dowloads, even if it is not Member or Admin.
What should I do to restrict the dowloads the to registered users ??

OK I have watched the video,
But is there a way to apply all the access rights of the Category (and only them) to all the files belonging to this category ?
The goal is to not be obliged to defined the access rights for each file (time consumming), but just at the Category level ?Thank you
