Download report doesn’t work.

    I’ve been having problems with the plugin since version 4.6.0 to the current 4.6.4.

    The problem is that the download report doesn’t work.
    I solved the problem by reverting to 4.5.99, it still works fine.

    My test is as follows.
    I tried to download any file, it goes up to the report menu but on the download page nothing changes and I use the shortcode.
    [download_data id=”3066″ data=”download_count”] is also unchanged.

    Also, the reports on the admin page and the guest page show different reports.

    Sorry to hear you experienced problems. Did you try to download the files being logged in as admin? Did you disabled the “ignore admin counts” option? Is it possible to make a staging website where we can have a look at the download process?
