• Hello all!

We use Menu Editor Pro on a few of our client’s websites and it works great to control what they can and can’t do on their websites.

We have an issue with a permission that cannot be found within the plugin. One of the user roles on the website in question is “Shop Admin” and they have the permissions we have allocated to them, but they’ve found an action they cannot perform which they should be able to.

The “Shop Admin” has all the permissions listed under “WooCommerce”, and they have recently been looking at the reports that woo generates. As some will know, if a generated CSV file is larger than 25 rows, instead of downloading via the admin backend, the user is emailed a link to the file to download it.

Well the CSV links are emailed no problem to the “Shop Admin”‘s inbox, but if the user clicks the link, they find a message explaining they don’t have permission to view this file.

We’ve checked all the permissions within their role and can’t find anything related to downloading woocommerce CSV’s.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Unfortunately, www.remarpro.com forum rules do not allow using these forums to provide support for paid plugins like the Pro version of AME. Please use this contact form instead. Also, please include the full error message that the user got when they clicked the link – it might help figure out what caused the problem.
