Download Records?

    I am just curious if there is anywhere I can go to see/check if a customer downloaded the item they purchased? I have a customer who said they never received the email with the download link and for some reason they also did not see the download link on the checkout page. It sounds a bit peculiar so I was hoping I could check to see if the customer has already actually downloaded the product or not. Thank you.

    Yes there is.

    From the View Order Details screen for the purchase there is a box in the bottom right corner with a link to view the download logs for the purchase.

    Thanks, perfect. I found the link.

    If I want to see if a particular customer has downloaded the file which of the following do I click on?

    View file download log for purchase
    View customer download log
    View all purchases of customer

    I assume it would be View file download log for purchase?

    View file download log for purchase will show downloads for that purchase.

    View customer download log will show all downloads for the customer.
