Download problem from WooCommerce

    when my customer wants to download my files they are faced with this page.

    Could you please attach a screenshot of the error and attach a system status report?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
