Download Problem

I can’t even download 3.0.1! It gets as far as 1.19MB then stops, and the error message is:

C:\Users\Phil\AppData\Local\Temp\amgcPzE1.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

I’ve tried downloading several times, with the same result, in both Firefox and IE8.

Any thoughts/
