Download Pending Orders as an Excel file

    Hi,

    I know that its possible to download a .csv or .xml files of completed orders via the WooCommerce dashboard but is it possible to download the details of pending orders with customer details (name, address, item purchased etc?). It would make it much simpler to fufil physical orders in a storeroom if I had a printed list to hand!

    Apologies for asking a stupid question if it’s a basic thing I’ve missed on the dashboard, but I’ve looked and can’t see a way to do it and web searches have drawn a blank too.

    If it’s a function that needs to have an extension added, I’m happy to do that but I’d prefer to know that it can’t be done before purchasing an extension to do (& if I have to purchase an extension – which one/s would you recommend).

    I totally understand it would make your life easier to have a printed list when you’re fulfulling orders.

    What I’d recommend is using the WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export extension. I’ve used it before for a client project, and it works great! You can schedule exports as well, so you can have that list ready to print every morning for example.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.

    After I’d posted this, I did a bit of research and the WooCommerce Customer/Order/Coupon Export did seem to be the way to go but to have a recommendation from someone who has used it on a client project is a great help.
