Download page not showing post content

Hey,
i have the same problem, but at my page the server even respons with an Error 404 page. It is still possible to download a document with the shordcode, but the whole package page isnt existing / gives Error 404.

Yes, it was not showing due to a CSS conflict with your theme, please update your wpdm now, it will show properly.

I’ve updated, but the problem still persists. Looking at the source code of the page the description of the file is there but the download button isn’t there in the source.

I too am having the same issues with the most recent update (Version 6.0.3) My download page is blank when I am not logged into wordpress however when I am logged in I can see the downloads.

EDIT:
I just downgraded back to version 5.4.0 and it seems to be working again. Any help on this issue would be great.

Anyone using Divi custom template may face the issue.
In the case of the Divi theme,
If you are using custom header/footer or custom Divi ( theme ) template, it may happen. Please add the following lines at the end of your theme’s functions.php:

add_filter("wpdmpro_single_main_query", "__return_true");
add_filter("wpdmpro_single_main_loop", "__return_true");
